Full time locum contract (flexible working hours)
£30 - £33.15p/h
Based in East Hull, at least 3 days working from the office base and a minimum of one full day a week on duty.
Our Local Authority Client is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their Locality Team in East Hull for a temporary contract initially.
You'll be responsible for completing moving and handling assessments, functional occupational therapy assessments, single handed care, and reablement.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a case load including people with highly complex multiple needs covering moving and handling, minor and major adaptations, and equipment provision including specialist and bespoke equipment and seating.
Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments for clients within the integrated teams.
Provide Occupational Therapy interventions and rehabilitation.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Provide technical expert information, advice, and support, sharing knowledge and experience to support the multiprofessional team.
Requirements:
Have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
Have post qualification experience in health or social care settings.
