Accurate Record Keeping : Maintain clear and professional documentation in line with industry standards to support effective care planning and service delivery. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Qualifications : A Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, with registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) . Clinical Expertise : Strong skills in OT assessments and interventions, with the ability to make clinical decisions based on sound reasoning. Self-Motivation & Independence : Confident in managing your own workload, prioritizing tasks, and taking responsibility for patient care. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Tech-Savviness : Comfortable using IT systems and aware of relevant legislation and standards within healthcare.
