You can learn more about what we do and our team culture here: Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration; Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance; Current Driver’s License with access to own vehicle with insurance; Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult caseload; Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner; Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team; Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and listening; Current First Aid & CPR are required – can be obtained/renewed after you commence; Current Police Check. Additional languages are HIGHLY valued. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely, evidence-based, client-centred therapy services to children and adults within a multi-disciplinary team; Manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs, collaborating with clients of all ages, their families, and carers to identify strengths, skills, and goals; Utilise appropriate assessment tools and methods to assess strengths and areas of development, identifying suitable intervention strategies; Deliver therapy in various environments, including centre-based, schools/preschools, group homes, and homes; Contribute proactively to the ongoing development of professional knowledge and skills within the Occupational Therapy profession.
