You will be responsible for providing occupational therapy assessments, treatment and advice and will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and creative environment. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist and Ward Manager to implement and provide a therapeutic programme that supports the use of activity to aid recovery and enables timely and sustained discharge. You will have responsibility for a small team of multi-professional staff, providing supervision, support and leadership on a regular basis. You will also support the ward activity and shift leadership, as well as undertake shared team tasks that support the overall needs of service users. Person Specification
