Band 6 Mental Health Occupational Therapist Location:

Ormskirk, Lancashire An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our client in Ormskirk, Lancashire. A part-time schedule of 3-5 days per week, catering to the needs of the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults within the community setting. Conduct thorough assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centred care. Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health and well-being goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Qualifications and Skills: Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience working with adults in a mental health setting. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to continuous professional development.
