What you will do: Provide expert occupational therapy assessment and treatment for patients with neurological conditions. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team within the NHS to ensure the best possible outcomes. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with HCPC requirements. Provide education and support to patients and their families to facilitate understanding and improve home rehabilitation practices. Requirements: Must be a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Minimum of two years of experience working in Neuro settings within the NHS. A proactive and adaptable approach to patient care. A valid driving license is preferable.
