Training opportunities are actively encouraged to support staff to meet their own development needs and those of our patient population. We embrace Quality Improvement methodology to support our service development and seek to provide CPD opportunities across all 4 pillars of professional practice. This post is supported by a Band 7 Occupational Therapist.
