JustOT are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced band 6 Respiratory Occupational Therapist to work with our client based in London.
This is a full-time position due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of GBP22 - GBP26 per hour.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual to work within the Respiratory Medicine services. The role will work between the ICU, respiratory, cardiology, enhanced care, and surgical wards. The role will require strong discharge planning skills, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and manage complex rehab of patients while supporting junior staff members as needed. There will be an expectation to work flexibly between the areas. The role would suit an OT with interest and experience within these areas or at least acute medicine.
Essential Criteria:
HCPC registration Acute Healthcare inpatient experience Respiratory/Surgical/Cardiology/Neuro/neurorehab Discharge planning
Desirable Criteria:
Rehab experience
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
