We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative Occupational Therapist who can think outside the box. The post holder will be responsible for providing Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment, working with adolescents and young adults. You will be working closely with the Lead Occupational Therapist to develop the Occupational Therapy role within Ellern Mede and will ensure that we offer excellent, client-centered Occupational Therapy treatment, working closely with the whole MDT to ensure positive outcomes for the young people we work with. The post holder will offer both individual and group work guided by Occupational Therapy models of practice to support our young people's recovery. This includes having an integral role in providing Occupational Therapy expertise and recommendations to support safe discharge from hospital back into the community.
