What You Will Do: Conduct assessments for equipment and adaptations to enhance clients' independence. Implement moving and handling techniques with an emphasis on proportionate care. Provide expertise in specialist seating to improve client comfort and posture. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements: Must be HCPC registered. Two years of experience within the Occupational Therapy specialism. Preferable to have a valid driver's licence to travel between various sites/offices.
