JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in Brighton.
The pay for this position is £20 - £23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
General Duties:
Acting as a source of therapy expertise within the TOCH. Working to resolve any therapy issues that may be delaying discharge, including the ordering of equipment where required. Working closely with acute and community therapy colleagues to implement a pull discharge model with an emphasis on Home First. Acting as an expert assessor to optimise discharge pathways where the TOCH request that Home First is re-explored. Working closely with therapy leads to identify and address therapy issues that result in additional delay days. Supporting transformation schemes to improve discharge performance and optimise the TOCH. Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
