We are working with our client in South Gloucestershire, who requires 2 Locum Occupational Therapists to support discharge from their acute hospital and community team.
The Occupational Therapist will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and with clients who may have complexities in hoarding and long-term needs.
Working in an MDT with Social workers and social care practitioners, duties will include:
Initial assessments in person's own home
Review and monitor working towards goals
Identify if there are long-term care needs
Use of digital system, i.e., Mosaic.
We require all candidates to hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, be fully registered with the HCPC, and work with us to ensure full compliance documents are available for the client.
The pay rate will be £32.65 per hour, paid via an approved umbrella company.
Predominantly based in the office and within South Gloucestershire County, there will be the opportunity to work from home and also discuss flexible hours.
