What you will do: Support patients in achieving their daily living goals by assisting in the development and implementation of therapy programs tailored to individual needs. Conduct functional assessments and participate in planning treatment interventions under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist. Provide progress updates and maintain comprehensive documentation of patient sessions and outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably within occupational therapy or social care.
