An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking therapist to join our leadership team here at East Surrey hospital as Occupational Therapy Surgical Team Lead. The Surgical and Amputee team are a well-established and multidisciplinary focused team who are well respected within the hospital for their knowledge within Surgery and Amputee management. We are looking for a Team Lead who likes a challenge, can be flexible with their approach to working as well as well experienced with a variety of assessments and interventions including access/home visits and wheelchair prescription. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to engage others, with a proactive approach to service development. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to a person-centred approach in line with the Trust Values and Behaviours.
