Ocean Export Coordinator – 4 on 4 off

Ocean Export Operator (4 on 4 off) Slough Up to £38,000 Hours of work: 7pm to 7am We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team for a 4 on 4 off night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the export of goods via ocean freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers. Benefits: £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative and inclusive work culture Work-life balance initiatives and flexible work arrangements Main Duties: Coordinate and monitor ocean export shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery Prepare and process shipping documentation in compliance with international regulations Communicate with carriers, agents, and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any issues Track and report shipment status to internal teams and external stakeholders Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with customs regulations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any shipment-related issues Continuously monitor and optimize export processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Requirements: Previous experience in ocean export coordination or a similar logistics role Familiarity with ocean freight operations and international shipping regulations Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including MS Office and logistics management platforms Knowledge of customs regulations and export compliance is a plus
