As we are happy to train you in the Toyota way of doing things. A Little About You: As a Parts Advisor, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service to retain loyal customers. Use your exceptional communication skills to provide a seamless experience. Maximise upselling opportunities while exceeding customer expectations. Collaborate with your team to ensure customers and technicians always have the parts they need when they need them. What You'll Do: Deliver Complete Customer Satisfaction: Understand and enhance the customer journey with unrivalled service. Provide clear, accurate estimates for parts, outlining costs and timescales. Recommend extra parts, accessories, and services to enhance the customer's experience. Work as a Team Player: Coordinate with the Service Department for timely parts deliveries. Introduce customers to relevant service team members when additional work is required. Comply with Standards: Ensure parts are ordered promptly and customers are informed when parts arrive. Follow all company policies, trade association standards, and statutory requirements, including health and safety. Achieve Your Goals: Stay committed to delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Your Skills: Relevant experience in an automotive environment is essential .
