Job summary The post holder will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the systems used in Occupational Health and Organisational Development. Working flexibly, the post holder, once trained as a super user of the systems, will be able to deal with queries, offer training, and manage any queries that come into the generic mailboxes. Main duties of the job The postholder is guided by clearly developed methods, processes, and policies for most of their activities, including Statman Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Appraisal policies, and GDPR. The individual is guided by precedent and clearly defined occupational policies, protocols, procedures, or codes of conduct. Work is managed rather than closely supervised, and results/outcomes are assessed at agreed intervals. The postholder will deal with routine enquiries independently using their initiative but will refer non-routine enquiries to others. The jobholder will work within departmental procedures, on their own initiative, with a supervisor available for reference. The post holder will assist with specific projects, ensuring delivery of key objectives within agreed timescales. Our values are

Job responsibilities Assist with the investigation and resolution of OLM-ESR, Appraisal, OPASG2, and OH Service desk queries related to system or service errors. Provide advice to system users on the resolution of issues. Review facts or situations that require analysis before responding. Analyse data from the OH system and create charts and graphs to present data visually. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex information clearly. Plan tasks and activities, adjusting as necessary due to conflicting tasks/interruptions. Prioritise workload to ensure all queries relating to OLM and ESR requests are managed through to completion. Meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Qualifications A-level education or NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent, including GCSE Maths and English. Working experience preferably within the NHS or healthcare sector. Evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development. Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrable expertise in using systems such as ESR/Oracle Learning Management (OLM), OPAS G2. Knowledge of delivering presentations and training to colleagues. An appreciation of data analysis and producing reports to drive improvements. Experience Previous office experience, preferably within a health service environment. Developed customer service experience. Significant experience of data presentation, analysis, and production of reports. Experience of problem-solving and developing creative solutions. Experience of working to meet essential deadlines. Skills Analysis & presentation of data. Self-starter who can prioritise a busy & complex workload. Highly effective interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
