OFCI Project Manager Construction (m/f/d),

you will be responsible for the management and delivery of all projects related to OFCI aspects across the New Build construction Projects as part of the GDC EMEA growth portfolio. This responsibility will include but is not limited to the overseeing of key execution, change, risk and site interface aspects associated with specific projects across GDC EMEA engaging with key internal and external stakeholders. The role requires travel across our EMEA sites - 50% to begin with, and a further increase when the full construction begins. What you will do Accountable for the successful management, delivery and end to end implementation of OFCI portion of DCD Construction Projects, including oversight working with onsite construction team Accountable for Preparation for meetings, chairing and recording all minutes / trackers - Generally 1 main OFCI meeting per week with vendors plus additional Daily Touch Point where required Work with Lead project PM and scheduling team to align Vendor Equipment Delivery Schedule to overarching project schedule Ensure programme level tracking and reporting of OFCI inventory across Projects, in each stage of production through to delivery to site (ROJ) Regularly conduct site inspections and obtain progress and quality reports - 1 page report per vendor, weekly covering:

Key Risks and Issues Progress / Achievements - Look back 1 Week. 4 Week look ahead planned activities Commercial Issues Quality Issues / NCR's

Support Lead PM with IST and the Commissioning team in close out of Project including liaison with Vendors Assist OFCI Program Manager with strategy input into new and existing site development opportunities Own OFCI risk management through the lifecycle from pre-con to handover, including managing OFCI vendor escalation and internal SME support for unforeseen technical issues Ensure project to programme level tracking and reporting of OFCI inventory across EMEA, in each stage of production through to delivery to site (ROJ) NTT GDC EMEA internal and external escalation point of contact for OFCI during construction and Operational DLP phases What we are looking for Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Project Management, Engineering, or related field with the Data Center / Mission Critical environment, relevant professional certifications High personal and professional standard to deliver a high-quality process with a safety mindset Detail and technical orientated professional that displays strong organization and delivery skills, especially around MEP and Major Equipment delivery and the coordination required for successful overall Project Delivery, with Ability to dynamically manage problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills both in planning and delivery stages of a project / programme Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety and related regulations associated with construction project delivery Have experience in remote and onsite supporting and delivery of successful outputs from consultant and project teams, with ability to travel to Project sites and various vendors at short notice when required Excellent project delivery experience and skillset, with the ability to operate within a multi-cultural environment, including review and verification of P6 Construction schedules and where OFCI equipment fits and interfaces with Schedule and the project lifecycle What we offer you An agile company culture with short decision-making paths and plenty of opportunities to show personal initiative Allowance for the use of public transport and job bikes Allowance for the use of sports facilities Allowance for lunch Individual training and development opportunities Numerous other additional benefits such as birthday vouchers, employee advisory program, employee referral scheme, company events and much more Note: Please submit your application in English We look forward to hearing from you!
