We have an exciting opportunity within a prestigious Accountancy Practice for an Office Administrator, to be based in their Stevenage Office. The role and skills required will include: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Can work well under pressure as we work to deadlines Supporting their Accounts, Bookkeeping and Payroll departments by liaising with clients for information to ensure strict weekly and monthly deadlines are achieved Contacting clients for accounts and tax information, completing an initial review, and liaising with clients for additional information Assisting the Practice Manager by updating our multiple internal practice management software on a daily basis Contacting clients directly for information requests Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications is desirable but not essential as training can be provided Willingness to adapt to any task presented Good interpersonal skills as daily contact with clients and our team Promotion opportunities will be available for ambitious and dedicated team members as we continue to grow.
