Input job details, track work orders, and maintain accurate records of work completed. Invoicing & Billing:
Assist with generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. General Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, organize filing systems, and support the management team with various administrative tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in office administration, ideally within a trade or service-based industry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in Xero would be a plus. Previous experience with scheduling software is a plus. Knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry is advantageous but not essential.
