Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies Enter data into computer systems using various programs including Sage Organize and schedule appointments as needed Assist in resolving any administrative problems Maintain a tidy and organized office environment Experience:
