You'll be the first point of contact for clients, be this via email or phone. We are predominantly Business to Business, so our Clients are professional and easy to communicate with. Job Management:

You'll coordinate job progress, keeping everything running smoothly. Internal communication:

You'll liaise with Contract Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and the wider team, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Administration:

You'll handle a range of administrative tasks, keeping everything organised and efficient. Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills Organised and proactive Previous administrative experience Good IT skills Bonus Points for: Experience in job management Knowledge of the building services industry Familiarity with Office365 or EWorks Manager Most importantly, we hire for attitude and personality!
