Our client is a leading warehouse store dedicated to providing high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator to join their team and help maintain smooth daily operations while contributing to sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and other paperwork. Maintain accurate records and organize files. Monitor and restock office supplies as needed. Customer Service Assist on shop floor during busy periods, ensuring a friendly and professional experience. Assist customers with inquiries about products, availability, and pricing. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. Phone and Email Management Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner. Schedule appointments for customer visits or delivery services. Sales and Negotiation Assist in basic upselling and cross-selling of products to maximise sales opportunities. Negotiate prices and discounts within the company's guidelines. Social Media and Marketing Create and post engaging content for our social media platforms to attract and retain customers. Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries online. Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns. Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and good familiarity with social media platforms. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
