The Office Administrator will provide assistance to Recruitment Consultants and responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants Answering the phone, directing calls, and taking messages Managing and updating the database Assisting with updating our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn Preparing CVs using Microsoft Word Arranging interviews Posting new jobs on the job boards General office maintenance and admin duties Qualifications
