Responsibilities: Answer phone, take messages, produce weekly activity reports. Reply to emails for Engineers when they are out of the office and manage diaries. Archive and file completed projects, destroying archived files at the end of the storage period. Produce monthly Project Department reports. Produce monthly Project Managers reports. Telephone contact to Suppliers and Clients to make arrangements to suit the project. Follow company procedures for specific documentation issues via Document Control. Set up new project checklists, folders, and documentation. Record variations to contracts. Financial collation and control of supplier costs. Maintain accurate records of project costs and revenue and keep the costs review database up to date.
Ideal Candidate: Previous administration exposure is essential. Prior exposure reporting into SLT or senior members of the business. Naturally attentive with the ability to multi-task. Confident managing a varied workload. Ability to build rapport with all departments within the firm.
