About the Company: Our client, a highly regarded and growing contractor based Northwest London, is currently seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join their team in Ingatestone. With a strong portfolio of long-term projects in the region, this company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. Due to continued growth and a busy project schedule, they are looking to bring in a key team member to help maintain the smooth operation of day-to-day administration across multiple refurbishment contracts. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Organise and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other business documentation. Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing supplies. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Key Requirements:

Previous experience working within the construction industry. Proven experience in an administration role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive and reliable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. What We Offer:
