Metro Rod Coventry & Leicester Coventry 8am-5pm Mon-Fri £23,500 - £24,500 DOE plus benefits We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy office based at our office in the Little Heath Industrial Estate in Coventry. The role would suit someone who has worked within a busy office environment, where a ‘roll your sleeves up’ approach has been a given. You will have the opportunity to liaise daily with internal and external customers and will be involved in a variety of duties supporting this small but busy office. What does it entail? This role will involve making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as an office administrator, scheduler, or receptionist – this would be the ideal fit. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. What do we look for? Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Administrator (or similar) essential Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Strong administration and IT skills – using Microsoft packages Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to cover some on-call work (consists of manning the phone between 5pm and 7pm some weekdays and some sporadic weekends) What will you get?
