24th February 2025 (a later start date will be considered for the right candidate) About Us Stanningley Primary School is a one-form-entry school with a close-knit, supportive team and a strong sense of community. Following a positive Ofsted inspection and the appointment of a new Headteacher, we’re building on our strengths and embracing exciting opportunities to expand its provision to better support our pupils and families. The Role As the first point of contact in our school office, you’ll provide a warm welcome to pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. This is a varied and rewarding role, requiring you to manage a wide range of administrative tasks that are vital to the smooth running of our school. Your responsibilities will include: Managing front-of-house reception duties with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintaining pupil records, handling correspondence, and supporting attendance tracking. Providing administrative support for staff, including diary management and event coordination. Ensuring the school office runs efficiently and effectively. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with a wide range of people. Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with IT systems (experience with Arbor would be an advantage but is not essential). A team player with a commitment to supporting the school community.
