Office Administration – Busy Recruitment Company Endeavour Recruitment, a specialist IT Recruitment agency providing recruitment services to clients across Europe, is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a fast-paced growing company. The position is based in the village of Hamble, 10 minutes from Southampton by car, train, or bus, and is a short 5-minute walk from the train station. You will be responsible for a busy desk and have the opportunity to work with some of the largest organisations in Europe. Daily tasks include: Office Administration Computer-based work and a strong telephone manner Assisting with CV Reviews Emails Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates, and advertising teams Dealing with general queries FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED Essential Skills and experience: Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease Be persuasive, persistent, and patient Be of smart appearance Be able to cope with pressure Be flexible and adaptable Have a mature personality Have good organisational and administrative skills Have the ability to prioritise Have good IT skills Be able to work to deadlines Target-driven/ability to work within a competitive environment This role gives you the opportunity to work in the highly sought-after specialist IT recruitment industry. There will be full on-the-job training provided and real career and salary progression. No previous IT experience is required other than knowing how to use basic programs such as Word and Outlook.
