ESS Employment Ltd are recruiting an Office Administrator for an established client in the packing industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Office Administration, Sales Support, and Accounting Department. This role offers scope for future progression to Office Manager. The role:
Insure and secure the relationships with customers and be consistent enabling growth and satisfaction Assist Sales Director or Sales Area Manager to increase sales turnover Assist the Services Department and manage Engineers' agenda, coordinate the loan of equipment set up plans and follow shipment of goods, invoices, and payment Provide a reliable interface with other departments of the company Assist the process of commercial quotations, dealing with customer call outs and follow up quotations Sales involvement: dispatch new price lists to distributors, take part in trade shows and professional conferences, use ATEN to record sales information Have a basic knowledge of marketed goods and keep informed of product changes Liaise with other departments and the parent company Assist with account queries, payments, and invoices Act as a first point of contact for customers The candidate:
