Company Description: At Coastal Case Management we pride ourselves on being a friendly and supportive team based in Fareham, Hampshire but covering the South of England. We specialise in case management services to individuals who have suffered life changing injuries from birth or an accident. We are seeking a pro-active and detail-orientated person to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications. Filing email entries into Qunote our software management system. Implement and maintain office systems. Maintain schedules and calendars for team. Organise internal and external meetings and appointments. Draft, review, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email. Provide general support to visitors. Facilitate communication between the case management team and clients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support the case management team with case planning and management tasks. The successful candidate would manage the control of our Qunote filling system. Qunote is the system we use to log all contact we make with clients, medical professionals, contractors etc. You would be required to transfer the information to the correct client files in an efficient and timely manner, as well as cross reference and re-save documentation. Experience preferred but not essential as full training is given. Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English Language grade C or above. You will be proficient in Microsoft products, IT literate in general, with good listening and excellent communication skills. Ability to work well independently and within a team, under supervision, and perform under pressure to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with at least 1 year experience in a similar position. Job Types:

£23,400.00-£26,000.00 per year Expected hours:
