Are you a motivated and resourceful person? Do you have strong organisational and communication skills? Are you looking to put these skills to use? If so, we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to cover Maternity Leave for our Tameside services.

As an Office Administrator, you will complete work across our busy Tameside services. You will be based predominantly at the local office but may be expected to travel to local services to provide administration support where required.

Some of the duties you can expect from the role are:

Typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes. Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and taking accurate messages. Coordinating and minuting management and senior management meetings. Managing the office environment and providing a customer-focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.

Excellent IT skills, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are essential. You will also have strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.

We are seeking candidates who have previous administration experience, as well as a willingness to travel and work flexibly according to the changing needs of the services.

This role is a fixed-term contract, covering 9 months maternity leave.
