A dedicated and flexible work ethic Experience with IT - Office, Word, Excel, etc. Experience with auditing is desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail Smart appearance Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Excellent telephone manner 6 months care experience within a care setting is desirable but not essential. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
