Job Ref No. ECC2549-55S Position Type: Administration Pay Range: Scale 4 points 7/8 Position Start Date: 24/02/2025 Contract Type: Part-time Contract Term: Permanent Application Close: 20/01/2025 Midday Date of Interviews: Monday 27th January We are seeking to recruit a part-time office administrator, working as part of a friendly and hardworking team and who will be the first point of contact for all parents, guests & visitors. The post is 18 hours per week, Monday - Wednesday, term time only. Please see the job description and person specification attached for key duties and responsibilities. The successful candidate will have:

Excellent skills in English and Mathematics to GCSE (A-C) or equivalent A friendly, approachable manner with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good relationships with pupils, parents, staff and visitors The ability to work within a team, showing support and flexibility, whilst being able to take personal responsibility for organising day to day workload as well as the ability to use your own initiative A confident and professional manner A wide knowledge and understanding of the suite of Microsoft 365 apps and the knowledge of or ability to learn the school's management information system (SIMS) An understanding of the importance of GDPR, confidentiality and safeguarding Visits to the school are welcome - please contact the school office if you would like to arrange a visit to come in and meet our team.
