About the Role As a Logistics Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our IT asset management system. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth hardware exchanges and employee transitions. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and improving our asset retrieval processes. Key job responsibilities

Manage hardware retrieval requests through our ticketing system Coordinate with shipping and warehousing teams to arrange efficient asset returns Provide timely updates and resolve issues to ensure successful asset retrieval Manage returned IT assets according to established processes Maintain accurate records in our Asset Management System A day in the life Your typical day might involve processing retrieval requests, communicating with team members across different time zones, and finding creative solutions to logistical challenges. You'll use your organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure all asset movements are properly documented. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school or equivalent diploma Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Are 18 years of age or older PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in Warehouse Environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
