What you’ll do : Office Operations : Support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office, including maintaining a tidy and organised environment, managing kitchen and meeting room cleanliness. Administrative Support : Provide diary management, scheduling, report preparation, and minute-taking for the Office Manager and senior management team. Expense Management : Process and manage expense claims for staff. Travel & Event Coordination : Book travel and accommodation, and organise office events. IT Support : Act as the first point of contact for basic IT issues. Visitor & Call Management : Welcome and greet visitors, handle email inquiries, answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required. Meeting Room Management : Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure meetings are properly serviced (e.g., providing drinks). Mail & Deliveries : Assist with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. What you’ll bring : Strong time management skills : Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving : Use initiative to propose effective solutions to challenges. Autonomous & team-oriented : Comfortable working with limited supervision and collaborating as part of a small team. Professionalism : Maintain a smart, business-like approach to both work and appearance. Attention to detail : Ensure accuracy in all tasks and outputs. Office Admin experience: A minimum of 1+ year of professional, office-based administrative experience. Proficiency in minute-taking and diary management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel. Prior PA experience is highly desirable and would be a valuable addition!
