About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our HQ, located at the iconic Mount Wellington Mine in Truro, Cornwall. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, manage our reception area, and ensure the seamless operation of our office. Additionally, you will work alongside our Health & Safety Manager to ensure our workplace is safe and compliant with all regulations. Your Key Responsibilities Reception: Act as the first point of contact for #teamkensa, clients, and visitors to the site. Manage all incoming calls, providing helpful information and directing enquiries to the right team members. Oversee meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for clients and guests, including arranging refreshments and setting up technology as needed. Organise incoming and outgoing deliveries and post. Provide administrative support where needed on projects, events, and day-to-day tasks, making you a key part of Kensa’s collaborative culture. Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture to create an efficient and productive work environment. Coordinate company meetings, events, and activities including logistics. Assist with new employee onboarding by setting up workspaces, ensuring access to systems, and office orientation, helping new team members feel welcomed and connected. Health & Safety: Collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager to conduct risk assessments and safety audits. Keep health and safety documentation up to date, including fire safety and incident logs. Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment are well-maintained. Communicate health and safety policies to all employees and facilitate H&S training. About You Previous experience in Customer Service or a Reception-based role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident level of computer literacy including the full Microsoft Office suite. Ability to multi-task and manage own workload. How will Kensa support you?
