The company is well-established with a loyal client base and is looking for someone to join their small, but busy team. The Office Administrator will be working closely with their line manager to ensure the smooth running of the office administration function as well as collaborating and supporting the wider team where needed. Main Responsibilities
Responding to and resolving customer queries via phone and email Adding sales onto the system and general sales admin tasks Covering the reception desk during staff lunch breaks, staff holidays and during peak times Social media content creation as well as running email campaigns Filing Keeping Microsoft Word and Excel documents up to date Collaborating with the wider team and supporting on administration tasks Any other ad hoc tasks as needed What they offer:
A starting salary of £25,000-£27,000 (dependent on experience) 21 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays Shut down between Christmas and New Year (additional to holiday days) Flexibility on start and finish times when needed A supportive and friendly team Pay is reviewed annually Onsite parking Casual dress The ideal Office Administrator will have previous office admin experience, plus experience in either customer service or reception.
