As we continue to grow and take on even more ambitious projects, we’re looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team. The Role:

In this exciting position, you’ll be working side-by-side with our Works Managers to ensure the seamless operation of our business. Whether you're handling key data or supporting day-to-day activities, this role will give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities: Accreditation Management: Keep our accreditations up to date with industry-leading bodies like CHAS, Construction Line, Safe Contractor, and Achilles. Carbon Footprint Data: Help us lead the way in sustainability by managing our Carbon Quota software and tracking our carbon footprint. Supplier Liaison: Organize new client onboarding by submitting supplier information requests and sourcing quotes from materials suppliers. Inventory & Fleet Coordination: Conduct stock checks, order materials, and manage our vehicle fleet to keep everything running smoothly. Booking and Works Processing: Book in works ensuring our on-site teams’ days are filled, and clients and building occupiers are aware we will be attending to conduct works. Database Management: Build and maintain accurate databases of subcontractors, suppliers, and key contacts, helping us stay organized and efficient. What We’re Looking For:

You should be: Reliable, proactive, and eager to take on challenges head-first. A true team player, with a positive attitude. Independent, driven, and self-managing—able to think on your feet and take initiative. Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and suppliers—both on the phone and in writing. A problem-solver who’s always looking for ways to go above and beyond to get things done. Proficient in Excel (essential), with experience in compiling tenders a bonus.
