NRL are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for a permanent role based in North Shields.

In this role you will assist with the smooth running of the business by providing support to the team. This office-based position requires a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. As demand for the business grows, there is scope for the position to carry a wider variety of work – we are therefore seeking someone who is looking for professional growth and an opportunity to develop their skillset.

Job Duties:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence including answering phone calls Data entry and proof reading Filing and archiving Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets Compiling reports Organising appointments

The successful candidate will: Be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills; have good organisational skills; Be IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently; Be able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively; Experience of working in an office is essential

This is a full-time office based role therefore you must be able to commute to North Shields daily.
