Oldbury As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: First point of contact for customer. Communicate with customers proactively via e-mail and/or telephone and direct as required. Raising jobs for reactive and corrective action work orders. Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback regarding artwork and proofs. Create and update records of sales and new opportunities. Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and measurements bookings with customers, coordinating with upper management accordingly. Thoroughly check and verify received design files against customer specifications. Efficiently address and amend any issues or discrepancies in artwork, ensuring files are correctly formatted and print-ready. Facilitate client review and approval processes, making adjustments to artwork based on client feedback. Maintain high standards of service by ensuring artwork accuracy and meeting client expectations for quality. Communicate effectively with our designers, production, and warehouse departments to coordinate orders and prioritise the production of artworks. Prepare high-quality print artwork, ensuring all designs are ready for production and have detailed specifications. Communicate effectively with marketing teams, clients, and other departments to clarify requirements and resolve any artwork-related issues. Check all artwork for errors, consistency, and adherence to client guidelines before final output. Handle and process all cash transactions accurately. Keep track of all cash inflows and outflows. Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials. Key Skills and Qualifications 1+ years work-related experience within a similar role Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Proficient in using a Mac operating system Keen eye for detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and keep to deadlines Effective communication skills both verbal and written Ability to understand and execute instructions Good organisational skills Work accurately in a fast-paced environment Work well under pressure If you would like to be a part of our team, please send a cover letter and CV to
