What You'll Do:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Daily Operations: Collaborate with our senior administrator to oversee the daily functioning of the office. Staff Support: Provide essential support to staff and management, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing important documents. Communication Management: Manage communication channels including phone calls and emails to ensure timely responses. Filing Systems: Maintain and manage electronic filing systems, ensuring proper retention and disposal of records. Data Entry: Assist with data entry and other record-keeping tasks to keep our operations streamlined. Supply Management: Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and available when needed. Policy Implementation: Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency. Budget Assistance: Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures to help us stay on target. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Performance Reporting: Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.

Work Hours and Benefits

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Location: Orpington, Kent. Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package and provide career-enhancing training opportunities to help you grow.
