Our client, a leading specialist in timber frame construction, is seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to support their growing business. About the Role: As the Office Manager, you will be a key part of the daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to the team. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including office organisation, communication, and supporting senior management with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Document control General admin Buying Estimating (this can be taught if the candidate has an understanding of drawings and measurements and can use excel) Business development

About You: We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. You'll need to be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the construction or timber frame industry would be beneficial

Desirable Skills:

Experience with project management software Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, budgeting) Previous exposure to HR or recruitment functions
