Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organised work environment. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities. Duties Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry. Maintain accurate records and files using computerised systems. Assist with financial documentation and bookkeeping. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and demonstrate effective phone etiquette. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings. Support the team with administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient workflow. Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations. Requirements Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred. Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. We also require a candidate who is able to provide office cover for up to 30 days per year, to accommodate annual leave and sickness.
