As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the office, assisting with administrative duties, managing communications, and providing support to staff and management. This role requires someone who is organised, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Perks at Zappie: Salary of £24,000 per annum. Performance-related bonuses for achieving hit KPIs. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to teams and management, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all resources are stocked and in good working condition. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership. Schedule meetings, arrange conference calls, and ensure all logistical details are taken care of. Organise travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations. Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and responding to communications. Prepare and proofread emails, memos, and other correspondence. Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised, and welcoming. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure all records are kept in an orderly and accessible manner. Assist in setting up meetings and events, including arranging refreshments, seating, and any necessary equipment. Help with HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires. Ensure compliance with office safety regulations and keep the workplace clean and safe. Help maintain and update health and safety procedures as required. Requirements: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills. A proactive, can-do attitude with a positive approach to work.
