PS5 £23,626 - £25,311 pro rata (FTE £26,777 - £28,686)

The Role: As an Office Administrator Specialist, you will: Provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the office team and leadership. Specialise in attendance, admissions, inclusion, or other operational areas as required. Liaise with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions in your specialist area. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and school policies. Offer frontline customer service to parents, students, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage attendance and prepare related reports for the leadership team. Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth daily operations. Support school events, trips, and activities with excellent administrative organisation. Handle telephone and visitor enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience working in an office environment (school experience is a bonus). Excellent ICT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and school systems (e.g., Arbor). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
