Required ASAP (Subject to Satisfactory Clearance Checks) The Local Governing Board at St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Office Administrator on a fixed term contract to join their team. You will need to: have excellent interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact be highly efficient and competent in using ICT packages promote and safeguard the welfare of our pupils and their families have the ability to work on your own initiative but also to work effectively as part of a friendly, dedicated team. Please note, you may on occasion be asked to provide additional office cover which would be mutually agreed with the Headteacher. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children's Barring List Check. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
