Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional environment. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary and taking messages when required. Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication with team members. Assist with financial record keeping using internal software, including invoicing and expense tracking. Organise office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for staff. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity. Skills Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisational abilities. Proficient in all Microsoft applications and experience in using a variety of software for financial management. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Capable of performing clerical duties including typing and data entry with high accuracy. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy office environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
