Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Office and electronic monitoring systems. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. Support the team with administrative tasks to enhance productivity. Ensure the office environment is organised and conducive to work. Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and equipment. Requirements Previous background in the care sector desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with general office procedures and practices. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
