This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office. Key Responsibilities: As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Performing general administrative duties to support office operations. Managing orders, purchases, and inventory control. Adapting and formatting documents to meet client specifications. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism. Conducting data entry, retrieval, and maintaining databases. Managing filing and archiving systems. Creating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Communicating with customers and clients to answer inquiries and resolve issues. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in bookkeeping is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.
